Most questions have a faster route than email. Use the one that fits and you will get a better answer sooner.
Appealing a mark
Use the appeals page, not email. An appeal lodged there is recorded against your account, tracked, and answered in order — an email about a mark is just an email, and it can be lost.
How the scoring works
The rules page covers what earns points, how many attempts you get, and what qualifies. Your score ledger shows every mark you have been given and why.
Can't sign in
Use the password reset. If the email never arrives, check spam first — it comes from info@onrol.in — then write to us from the address on your account.
Everything else
Email info@onrol.in. Write from the address on your account where you can; it saves a round trip proving who you are.
For anything about your personal data — a copy of it, or deletion — see the privacy page first, then write to the same address.
We answer in the order things arrive. Sending the same question twice does not make it sooner, it makes the queue longer.
